Khloé Kardashian was “mortified” by the dating advice her mom gave her after a man she went out with ghosted her. On a recent episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, Khloé opened up about a time when she vented to her friends about a man who wouldn’t call her back. Her mom, Kris Jenner, happened to hear the conversation and gave Khloé some NSFW advice — in front of her friends, no less.

Kris Jenner set Khloé up with the man who eventually ghosted her.
Speaking to her friends Malika and Khadijah Haqq, Khloé recalled the embarrassing moment. The man her mom had set her up with “was a basketball player for one of the LA teams.” Khloé and the basketball player had gone on just one or two dates, and then he wouldn’t return her calls.
Khloé remembered standing in the kitchen with Malika and Khadijah and venting about the situation.
Kris was in her office, but happened to overhear the conversation.
Since her office was near the kitchen, Kris must’ve heard parts of their conversation and showed up in the kitchen to ask them what they were talking about. “Just this guy won’t call me back,” Khloé explained to Kris at the time.
Her mom asked her how many dates they had gone on, and Khloé told her that they just went on one or two before he stopped responding.

According to Kris, there was a clear reason why the man ghosted Khloé.
Very bluntly, Kris asked her daughter, “Well, did you give him a BJ?” Khloé, Malika, and Khadijah all recalled feeling baffled by Kris’ question. However, Kris simply repeated herself, saying, “Did you give him a BJ?”
Khloé told her mom that she had only gone out with the basketball player once or twice, so no, she didn’t “give him a BJ.”
With confidence, Kris asserted that this explained why the man had ghosted Khloé. “Well, that’s why he’s not calling you back,” Kris said, according to Khloé.
Then, Kris turned around and went back to her office.
After leaving Khloé feeling “mortified” in front of her friends, Kris simply left the room. However, Malika praised Kris for “that kind of honesty and rawness.” Malika went on to say that Kris clearly respected and validated Khloé’s feelings when she dealt with relationship issues, but also reminded her that “life goes on.”
To Malika, Kris’ unsolicited advice was not ‘cringe.’
Khloé said that she felt “mortified” every time her mom gave her advice when she was growing up. But Malika told Khloé that she really admired the way Kris gave advice.
“One of the main things I take out of her book is your mother transitions very well from being a mother to children to being a mother to adults,” Malika explained. Kris was never “trying to stop [her children] from growing up,” Malika recalled. Instead, she met her kids where they were and guided them based on that.
Malika said this was especially important to her when she was a teen because she never felt like Kris was “judging” her. However, she also admitted that it might’ve felt a more cringe-worthy to Khloé since Kris is her mom. Ya think?!
