Kim Kardashian Is Reportedly Worried About Her Kids’ Safety After Kanye West’s Erratic Behavior Online

Kim Kardashian may be making some big moves after ex-husband Kanye West’s recent behavior. The Skims founder shares four children with Ye, whose concerning and hateful social media posts have garnered a lot of negative attention recently. Over the past several days, Ye took to X to share several antisemitic and misogynistic posts, including one calling for Sean “Diddy” Combs to be freed. In response to her ex-husband’s behavior, Kim is reportedly taking measures to protect her kids.

Protecting her kids is Kim’s priority.

An unnamed source told The U.S. Sun that Kim has not spoken up about Ye’s behavior yet because she’s concerned about how it might impact her family. “Kim and Kris [Jenner] have been silent, in part because they have been afraid of Kanye and what he might say about them, and how it might affect the kids,” the source alleged.

The source claimed that Kim is rightfully worried about how Ye has been acting. “She can now say ‘This affects us, this puts the kids in danger, this shows he is not fit to parent,'” they continued.

It’s unclear what her next move will be.

The insider told The U.S. Sun that Ye has “crossed a line” this time. Because of his recent behavior, Kim might set some “strict rules” for her ex-husband. “In private, it’s the chance for her to put more strict rules in place about how and when he sees the kids,” the source said.

Though Ye’s behavior is ‘humiliating,’ she doesn’t want to make comments that will upset her kids.

A source told In Touch that Kim is “so angry” but she is proceeding with caution for her kids’ sake. The source told the publication that Kim doesn’t want to “upset” her kids. “She’s bound and determined to protect them no matter what,” the source said.

In spite of her silence, Ye’s behavior has reportedly caused her a lot of stress and she “can’t stop worrying about what he might do or say next.”

Kim and Ye’s children recently visited Ye in Japan.

Prior to Ye’s controversial Grammys appearance and offensive social media rants, Ye and three of his kids — 9-year-old Saint, 7-year-old Chicago, and 5-year-old Psalm — were spotted shopping at a convenience store in Tokyo. Not long after that, Ye shared several photos and videos of his eldest daughter, North, 11, on Instagram. “This little girl made me love music again,” Ye captioned a photo of his daughter in the studio.

Kim has said that North prefers living with her dad, and based on the title of her upcoming album — Elementary School Dropout, a reference to her dad’s album The College Dropout — she really looks up to him.

Prior to that, Ye reportedly hadn’t seen his kids in months.

Ye and his wife, Bianca Censori, spent about six months traveling to several different countries. Previously, Kim said she is “basically raising four kids by [herself].” A source told People that Kim is “pretty much a single mom” because Ye is “sadly not around very much.”
