Kim Kardashian has been promoting the new Skims collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana, which launched on November 19. Since the launch, Kim has shared several photos of herself wearing pieces from her brand’s collab. Her most recent photos, however, have garnered a lot of backlash.
In the photos, Kim Kardashian wore rosary beads.
On November 22, Kim shared the two controversial photos in which she’s wearing white undergarments from the Dolce & Gabbana collab. Kim wore white lace leggings, a white bra and white boxer shorts for the photo shoot — along with a Catholic rosary. In the photos, Kim pulled her boxer shorts down to expose her skin.

Some fans find the ad offensive and disrespectful.
In the comments, people called Kim out for wearing a rosary with Skims lingerie for a suggestive photo shoot.
One person commented on the post: “She wouldn’t walk into church like that. Take off the rosary lady have some respect!”
“Pls don’t play with the Holy Rosary,” another person wrote.
“I don’t feel right with a rosary and this type of photo shoot,” one comment read.
One critic commented, “Nothing about you is holy take the rosaries off lol.”

This isn’t the first time people have called out Kim for her fashion choices. In addition to criticizing Kim’s outfit choice when she wore Princess Diana’s cross pendant, fans criticized another photo shoot that promoted the Dolce & Gabbana x Skims collaboration.
On November 19, Kim shared more photos in which she modeled the new Skims lingerie. Again, people noticed that Kim chose to pair her risqué outfit with a cross.
“Why do you wear a cross you are so anti Christian,” one person commented on the post.
Some people have defended Kim.
In response to a critical comment, a fan defended Kim, writing: “Who are you to judge another? Stay in your lane.”
