Say what you want about Kim Kardashian, but this lady knows how to market her products. Case in point: the brand-new Valentine's Day lingerie Skims ads, which feature White Lotus stars Simona Tabasco and Beatrice Grannò. Could she possibly have selected more perfect people at a more perfect time?
The new ads debuted on Monday.
Kim shared the first photos on Monday, which include Simona and Beatrice wearing different pieces of lingerie from Skims' Valentine's Day Shop, which launches on January 26.
"I watched The White Lotus and had to have my girls!" Kim added in her caption.
Simona and Beatrice are real-life BFFs.
On White Lotus, they played Lucia and Mia, a sex worker and a singer who hang out around the hotel, and they ended up being two of the most beloved characters from the second season of the HBO hit series.
They're just as close in real life as they are on the show, and it looks like they had a blast working together on the Skims shoot too.
They seem excited about their new gig.
"I had so much fun shooting the Skims Valentine’s campaign! Having the opportunity to work alongside my friend Simona and to experience our first global fashion campaign together is something very special," Beatrice said via a press release, according to Page Six.
For fans of both White Lotus and The Kardashians, this is a match made in heaven.
The campaign is already getting rave reviews.
Although a lot of Kim's business decisions in the past have been a bit polarizing, this definitely isn't one of them.
Twitter is already buzzing with praise for the ad campaign, with one person tweeting, "It pains me to admit it but @skims marketing is very good. they’ve got a budget and they know what to do with it!"
Here's hoping we see a lot more of these two.
White Lotus might be over, and if they don't find a way to fit into the story for the show's future third season, we just hope that they act again together soon.
If nothing else, though, we'll always have these Skims photos. They look amazing!
