Kourtney Kardashian Admits She Rarely Ever Works & People Have Opinions

Kourtney Kardashian is saying the quiet part out loud — although she has an estimated net worth of $65 million, she admittedly doesn’t work very often. On a recent episode of The Kardashians, the 46-year-old mom of four seemed to have a fairly busy schedule, which included a photoshoot for her vitamin gummy brand, Lemme. But honestly, she’s normally doing a lot less work in a typical day.

“I usually try to work once a week at the most, if that,” Kourtney admitted. “Or once a month.” People were not necessarily surprised that Kourtney doesn’t work all that much, but some critics still thought she should’ve kept this to herself. “She’s so embarrassing,” one person wrote in response. Another critic said, “These ladieeeeeees are so out of touch. She really doesn’t have to work.”

Others tried to figure out what kind of work she does when she actually is working. “But what is ‘work’ for her that she can do 1x a week or month? Instagram posts?” someone else questioned.

While Kourtney’s life is so far from the average person’s reality, some people could understand her. If they had the wealth and privilege that Kourtney did, they’d probably only work once a month too. “Same but in reality I have to every weekday,” one fan on Reddit wrote. Another said, “I mean I would love to work once a month too if I didn’t need the money!”

And yeah, Kourtney doesn’t really need the money, but that hasn’t stopped her from trying to make more. After she started promoting her brand’s vaginal probiotic lollipops, fans accused her of grifting and trying to sell women products that they don’t actually need.

Though Kourtney’s brand claims the lollipops “support feminine self-care,” critics think they’re just another Kardashian “cash grab.” One critic slammed Kourtney’s marketing strategy, calling it “beyond gross.” They added, “Way to be a part of giving women ANOTHER thing to feel self-conscious about instead of actual education and advice on contacting a doctor if you are unsure.”
