Kim made the claim during an interview with 'Vogue Italia.'
The big reveal came while Kim was chatting about her own parenting challenges with the fashion magazine, something the new season of The Kardashians seems poised to highlight.
"I have so much respect for parents and now I can't believe what my mom went through," the mother of four said in an interview that dropped on Monday.
She can't imagine how her mother managed to do it with even more kids.

Kris has six kids, between the four she had with her late ex-husband Robert Kardashian and the two she had with former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner.
Kim referenced all those kids and their "six big personalities" during the interview, admitting that she once asked her mom how she handled it all while the kids were still young.
Kris had her own version of a mommy's little helper.
The momager wasted no time coming up with an answer for her daughter. "She is just like, 'Why do you think I had my vodka at 5 o'clock every day,'" Kim who isn't much of a drinker herself, joked with the magazine.
Fortunately, Kim has quite a bit more help than her mother had back when she and Kourtney, Khloé, Robert, Kendall, and Kylie were younger.
Kim feels grateful for her current situation.
"I feel so lucky and blessed to have help, but no matter how much help you have, your babies want their mommy, you have to be the one to solve every problem and act like you have it all together," Kim continued in the interview.
Kim shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye "Ye" West: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
