Sometimes, it feels like everybody is getting cosmetic procedures, injections, and filler galore, but even our favorite celebrities aren’t always honest about the work they’ve had done. And even when they are, many of them still choose to play it on the coy side. Interestingly enough, Kylie Jenner isn’t one of them. Despite being cagey about her lip filler in her younger years, Kylie is now coming clean about her boob job – down to the very last detail, just in case you want to snag Kylie’s look for yourself.
It started with a question from a fan.

It all began when a fan named Rachel Leary posted a video on TikTok and tagged Kylie, asking her to tell her “what it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done.”
“You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job,” she shares in the clip. “It’s like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever. They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants – if they are implants or if you had fat transfer – to me, it is perfection.”
Surprisingly enough, Kylie responded.
The video made its way to Kylie, and she actually commented on the post, surprising fans with how candid she was being.
“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps,” Kylie wrote.
According to the experts who spoke to Elle on the subject, an “order” like this would add close to two cup sizes to your bust. A “moderate profile” means that the implants would have a more natural look when it comes to how the breasts stand out from the side, and positioning the implants “half under the muscle” would also yield a more natural look.
Kylie’s surgeon has already spoken out.
Dr. Garth Fisher, the surgeon Kylie named in her comments, shared a statement on Instagram, reminding the world that he won’t offer more details about Kylie’s surgery if he is asked, thanks to patient confidentiality laws such as HIPAA.
“I’m honored to be acknowledged by Kylie – her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated,” he wrote.
She’s not the only member of her family who has used his services.
Kylie’s mom, Kris Jenner, commented on the doctor’s post, calling him an “incredible talent.”
“Garth you are such a superstar class act!! You did my first facelift in 2011 … 14 years ago!!! and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid,” Kris wrote. “You have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!!”
