If there’s one thing to know about Kylie Kelce, it’s that she’s not afraid to stand up for herself or the ones she loves. On a recent episode of her podcast, Not Gonna Lie, Kylie shared with her guest how when she was confronted by a rowdy fan of the Philadelphia Eagles’ rival team out in the football stands one day, she found herself almost getting into a fist fight with a grown man when he wasn’t speaking too kindly of her husband, Jason Kelce. Does she regret it? Perhaps. Sometimes you just get a bit fiery and things naturally escalate, though.
On a recent podcast episode, Kylie Kelce shared how she stood up for her husband during a football game.
On the May 7, 2026, episode of her podcast, Not Gonna Lie, Kylie Kelce sat down with her guest, Chloe Kim, who knows a thing or two about being in love with a professional athlete, as she’s dating Myles Garrett who plays for the Cleveland Browns.
During her conversation with Chloe, Kylie shared what happened one day when a rival fan in the football stands took it upon himself to bash her husband, Jason Kelce, who was playing for the Philadelphia Eagles at the time.
Kylie shared what that showdown looked like. “I am the one who’ll be like, ‘Hey, hi, yep. Hi, you there, yeah. Actually, you’re in a family section … You’re gonna need to cut that out.’ More than once I’ve done that. I’ve done that in a stadium we were visiting. That was a bad idea,” she divulged.
When her guest asked her why it was a bad idea, Kylie then shared that “it was not a moment I was proud of. I almost got in a fistfight with a grown man.”
Kylie is not afraid to stand ten toes down for Jason.
The full details of what happened that day did not get leaked because before she told the bleeped out story to Chloe, Kylie said, “I cannot let this hit the Internet.” How unfair not to share with the class, Kylie!
Even though Kylie admitted that the almost physical fight “wasn’t a high point” for her, she couldn’t fully fault herself when she shared, “I’ll go to bat for somebody. I will. I can’t help myself.”
A person in the YouTube comments for the podcast loved Kylie’s gumption when it comes to her husband. They wrote, “Defending her man, when he clearly doesn’t need it, is adorable!”
A similar story of Kylie speaking her mind to a fan who was trying to ruin her date with Jason has also come to light.
According to Essentiallysports.com, in May 2024, Kylie and Jason were enjoying a night away from the kids at Steve & Cookie’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Margate City, New Jersey, when a fan approached them asking to take a photo.
The sports outlet reported that the couple politely declined because they were just enjoying a quiet night together and the fan was none too happy. Allegedly, there was a video of the encounter and when the fan could be seen yelling at Kylie, “I don’t give a f— who you are. You’ll never be allowed in this town again!” Kylie simply replied, “You have alcohol on your breath. You’re embarrassing yourself.”
We have to say, it sounds like Kylie completely stood her ground in this instance, and we like it! In this Reddit thread discussing the 2024 incident, someone shared their thoughts about how Jason and Travis Kelce were probably raised and how that likely influenced who they ended up with romantically. “Donna didn’t raise those boys just to let them turn into idiots. They were always going end up with strong independent women because that’s what they saw firsthand growing up,” they wrote.
Kylie gives full boss energy, and hopefully some of her confidence trickles down to her four kids.
