What to Know
Riley Keough is at the center of claims being made by grandmother Priscilla Presley’s former business partners. This week, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko filed an amended complaint in their lawsuit claiming that Riley is the biological mother of John Travolta‘s youngest son with late wife Kelly Preston, Ben, who was born in 2010.
According to Brigitte and Kevin’s latest filing, Riley reportedly donated her eggs to the couple when they were unable to conceive themselves. But is this what actually happened, or is Brigitte just out for blood?
Brigitte and Kevin dropped a bombshell in their new complaint.
In court documents obtained by People, Brigitte and Kevin added new details to their lawsuit against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia, claiming that when Lisa Marie Presley died in 2023, the “entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using Plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators.”
They went on to claim that Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told Brigitte that Lisa Marie had donated her eggs to John and Kelly when they were unable to conceive naturally.
But the next time John and Kelly wanted to have a baby in 2010, they allegedly tried a different approach.
Eventually, Riley allegedly became involved with the situation.
“Lockwood claimed that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta,” said the complaint.
Brigitte and Kevin claimed that, in return for her eggs, Riley reportedly received an “old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal.”
Priscilla’s attorney has already shut down the claims made in the new filing.
Priscilla’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, have released a statement to TMZ refuting the claims.
“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,” said the statement.
“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant,” they continued. “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”
