Little People Big World stars Audrey and Jeremy Roloff have welcomed baby No. 4! The former TLC stars, who left the series in 2018, announced the birth of their fourth child via social media. And it's clear they couldn't be more excited.
The arrival of Audrey and Jeremy's newest addition marks the eighth grandchild for exes Amy Roloff and Matt Roloff. In addition to Jeremy and Audrey's four little ones, Zach and Tori Roloff have three kids, and Jacob Roloff has one child.

Audrey announced the birth of her fourth child via her Instagram Stories.
On May 26, Audrey announced the birth of her fourth baby on her Instagram Stories. "She's here!!! Born at home early in the morning on May 23rd," she declared. "It was my dream birth and we've been soaking in all the cuddles and adjusting to newborn life as a family of 6."
She also shared the first photo of her baby girl and promised to share more details soon.
The birth announcement text was overlain on a picture of Audrey holding her baby girl while touching the newborn's hand. In her message, the doting mom continued, "I can't wait to tell you everything. But for now……THESE ARE THE DAYS ."

On May 18, Audrey posted her 'last' bump update.
"When you keep taking what you think might be the last picture of the bump… ," she captioned a snap of her full-term bare belly. "I still can’t believe I’m about to have my 4th baby. I feel like I was just pregnant with my first."
Audrey added: Can’t wait to meet this precious girl whenever she’s ready . I’ve never had a spring/summer baby so I’m also very excited to spend many evenings watching the sunset here with her ."
The Roloffs posted a gender reveal video in January.
On January 18, Audrey shared a gender reveal video via Instagram. "Baby #4 is a……… ," she captioned the update. In the clip, she asked Jeremy for his prediction, and he guessed they were having a boy. They then stood behind their three children, Ember, Bode, and Radley, and shot poppers — revealing a shower of pink confetti.
Audrey and Jeremy's pregnancy announcement was the sweetest.
The family's pregnancy announcement video was equally as adorable, for the record. On November 20, 2023, Audrey shared a clip that showed her whispering into Jeremy's ear, who whispered into Ember's ear, and so on, until the message reached Radley — who then exclaimed, "Big brother!"
"Secrets out… Baby #4 is on the way!!! ," the expecting mom captioned her post. "We are so excited to be growing our family again and adding another little grommet to our crew! ."
Congrats to the new family of six on their newest addition!
