For all of the Love Island USA cast members in season seven, it has been literal years since they were in high school. A little longer for some, but still, it’s only natural for them to have all changed a decent amount from the time they were teens until they were cast on the Peacock reality dating show. According to some fans on TikTok, that’s especially true for Vanna Einerson.
Vanna is from Salt Lake City, Utah, and she’s 21 years old. As such, she’s definitely on the younger side of the cast, though everyone at the Villa is in their 20s, and they are all there to find love with or without one of the bombshells.
In the TikTok someone shared, you can see what Vanna looked like during her high school years, thanks to some old photos of her. And, according to many, her “glow up” is hard to ignore. So are what appear to be fillers.

Vanna’s photos from before ‘Love Island’ show a big change in her appearance.
Look, we aren’t here to judge anyone for changing their appearance to something they are more comfortable with and confident about. And if a high school kid got fillers at one point, that’s entirely up to them and their parents to decide if that’s the right move. Vanna hasn’t even confirmed as much, to be fair.
But in the TikTok, there is a significant difference in the way Vanna’s face looks during her later years in school. Could it just be coming into her own and growing into a young adult? Sure, that’s entirely possible. Just don’t tell everyone in the comments section that.

Another user shared: “I was so curious to see what she looked like before the filler. It honestly makes me so sad she felt she needed to get so much.”
“Her cheek bones have always slayed,” another user wrote on TikTok. “Why did she get filler? She’s so beautiful without it.”
Someone else questioned if fillers are even allowed for teens in Utah. “Filler in a high school yearbook photo is INSANE idc what the standards are in that state this is actually nuts to see,” they wrote.
What many agree on is that Vanna was objectively beautiful before and after she seemingly began getting fillers in her face and lips. And to be fair, Vanna has not shared on Love Island USA that she feels she has the “glow up” people are referring to now, outside of the show.
Plus, the idea of a teen under the age of 18 getting dermal fillers seems almost impossible. According to the US Food and Drug Administration, dermal fillers are approved for use in adults over the age of 21.
In another video where someone put together some photos of Vanna from when she was younger, they pieced together a relative timeline of when they believe she began to have fillers injected into her cheeks and lips.
Some deduced from that video that Vanna’s fillers began around the time she was 16 because of the drastic difference in her appearance from the year before that. Vanna herself has not confirmed this.
