What to Know
There been more than a few reality stars who have turned to OnlyFans as a source of income, and Mama June‘s daughter is among them. Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efrid, who is now 26 years old, joined the site as a content creator in March, and less than a month later, she says she’s making a massive amount of money every single day from her subscribers — and yes, her boyfriend is on board with the whole thing.
Pumpkin is pulling in far more money than most people make at their full time jobs.
While speaking with the TMZ Podcast, Lauryn revealed that not only did she make $10,000 the day she debuted her OnlyFans account, but she’s also been having $15,000 days since then, which has been life changing money for her family.
“It’s like being humbled, being blessed, being very grateful for the amount of opportunities that that’s brought to me, but also the financial stability that that has brought my entire family,” Lauryn said.
She said she’s thankful for the way that OnlyFans has allowed her to have more time with her kids than she would have if she worked a traditional 9 to 5 job, and to give them a better childhood.
“It’s not just about the money. It’s being able to provide my kids with such a better lifestyle,” she said. “Like, we’re able to go out on the weekends and go out on our pontoon boat. I’m able to never miss a school event. I’m at every single field trip, every single soccer game, every single soccer practice.”
She said her family has been supportive.
Lauryn told the podcast that Mama June and her sisters aren’t judging her for her new career path, and her boyfriend, Darrin Kitchens, has been, too — he even appears in some of her content with her.
“My family is super supportive,” Lauryn said. “I know that my mama’s main goal is to make sure that obviously I make the amount of money that I need to make on exactly what I’m selling.”
She also added that her younger sister, Alana, has even been promoting her on social media “telling people, ‘Pumpkin’s got a deal going on, half-off subscriptions this week.'”
Unfortunately, her OnlyFans career has had a negative impact on her daughter.
While talking to TMZ on Friday, Lauryn said that a private school recently withdrew their acceptance of her daughter, Ella, after finding out what she does online.
“I literally stood up said, ‘well now that I know you guys are this judgy, my child doesn’t need to be here anyway,’ and I walked out,” Lauryn said, adding, “Everyone is entitled to their opinion 100% and it’s at their discretion. But they could’ve made it very clear before we started this process that she wouldn’t be allowed there.”
