Mama June Shannon's daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird is divorcing her husband of six years, Josh Efird. The television personality filed for divorce on August 1, 2024, according to People. In a settlement agreement, it was reported that she and Josh have been separated since July 2024. The divorce comes less than a year after Lauryn's older sister Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell died of cancer.

They share four children together.
Lauryn and Josh have four children — 6-year-old Ella, 3-year-old Bentley, and 2-year-old twins Sylus and Stella. They have reportedly agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of the kids and have a "parenting plan" they previously agreed upon. Neither of them is requesting child support.
The settlement agreement doesn't share many details about what happened.
According to the settlement agreement, the couple declared that their marriage was "irretrievably broken." When asked by People, a representative for the Efrids declined to provide further comment. Neither Lauryn nor Josh has publicly announced the news.

Josh has to move out of the family home.
According to the documents, Josh was given 60 days to remove his belongings from the family's home in Georgia. Lauryn will be left “responsible for all indebtedness on said property” as well as “all other expenses associated with the home,” Page Six reported.
The couple wed in 2018.
Lauryn and Josh got married in April 2018, though the divorce petition states that they weren't legally married until June 17, 2018. They first began dating in 2015 and got engaged in 2017.

Fans of the couple are heartbroken by the news. "I cannot believe you and Josh are getting divorced??? WTH. I love your relationship. It breaks my heart ," one person wrote.

I have always respected how much you have been thru, how mature you two have both been raising Alana and your own kids, this really really breaks my heart," another fan shared. "I def thought if anyone would make it, it would be you two :(…. I pray you can work it out."
