After the This Is Us star stepped out at an event in Los Angeles, fans are convinced that she looks like a “complete different person,” leaving many wondering if she’s quietly undergone cosmetic surgery in recent months.
Fans first began to show concern for Mandy in early September.
After Mandy appeared in a video promoting her This Is Us rewatch podcast, That Was Us, fans quickly took to the comments to point out that she was looking a bit different these days.
“Why does Mandy not look like Mandy?” one person wrote.
“Ozempic face,” another follower guessed. “Aged her 15 years all to be unnaturally skinny.”
Then, at an event at the end of the month, she looked practically unrecognizable.
As Page Six reported, when Mandy walked the red carpet at Step Up’s 2025 Inspiration Awards on September 26 in Los Angeles, people had even more to say about her new appearance.
“THAT’S Mandy Moore?!? What’s going on with her FACE is the better question! Doesn’t even look like her,” one person questioned in a post on X after seeing the new photos.
Others have continued to debate her new look in Mandy’s Instagram comments. “Omg no way this is her wtf happened to her face,” said one commenter, while another wrote, “That is insane that surgery has changed a person soo much that they look like a completely different person. Maybe someone with some expertise can explain the type of surgeries that produce this.”
