It’s official: Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly‘s baby has arrived. On Thursday, the musician announced that their baby girl was born, sharing the first footage of her on Instagram. Although he and Megan have been broken up for months at this point, it sounds like they’re planning to keep things “amicable” as they navigate co-parenting their daughter.
MGK shared a black and white Reel that showed a tiny newborn’s hand wrapped around his finger. On his Instagram Stories, he shared that he â along with other musicians and friends including Travis Barker and producer Big Slim â composed the score playing when his daughter entered the world.
“She’s finally here!!” he wrote in the caption of his video. “Our little celestial seed.”
Though Megan and MGK never reconciled after going their separate ways in December, a source close to the former couple told People they plan to keep things friendly as they co-parent their new baby.
âWhatever issues they have, Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting. Right now theyâre amicable,” said the source.
That doesn’t mean that the on-again, off-again couple is permanently off, though. It sounds like they’re leaving the door open for the possibility that they could get back together in the future.
âNo one would be surprised if they gave their relationship another try down the line,â the source said. âBut right now theyâre focused on whatâs best for their daughter.â
Even though this baby girl is the first child that Megan and MGK have had together, both of them are already parents. Megan shares three children with ex-husband Brian Austin Green â sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8 â while MGK is also dad to a 15-year-old daughter, Casie.
