Halloween is over, but that didn't stop Megan Fox from sharing a photo of one last costume she and Machine Gun Kelly rocked for the holiday. The mom of three posted a series of images and behind-the-scenes looks of her and MGK dressed as Link and Princess Zelda, and the comment section went a little wild.
The two went all out for their costumes, elf ears and all.
We've seen that Megan and MGK take Halloween seriously, and this is one of several of their looks. They had all the details of their costume set, from the elf ears to the blonde hair and the costume, though Megan's look was a little more revealing than Princess Zelda's typical dress.
"Very seriously looked into elf ear modification after this," Megan wrote in the caption.
It didn't take long for people to leave comments on the photos, but they took a weird turn.
In the first photo of the series, fans noticed a darker spot on Megan's hip area at the top of the high-cut skirt and felt the need to comment.
"Wait am I the only one noticing Megan fox has a bush!?" one person wrote. "Do I need to grow a bush now bc Megan fox has one!?"
"No no no I noticed it she's way to damn beautiful to have a bush !!! What the hell," someone else replied. "Brazilian wax much needed for this beauty."
"U don't shave?" questioned another person.
"All that money and she can't buy a razor,:" another commenter wrote. "She's now off my 'list."
Megan hit back at that last comment, explaining the dark spot is a tattoo.
"Are you mistakenly referring to my tattoo?" Megan replied. "Either way I'm devastated to be off your list. Was hoping you'd wife me."
Unfortunately, Megan's clapback didn't stop the hate.
"Are you surprised that your 'tattoo' that looks like pubes is getting called out?" another commenter asked. "That could have easily been photoshopped like your face and hair was but you wanted that shock value in these pics. Good job."
"Yikes. Very unfortunate placement and needs to be removed," another person wrote.
Fans pointed out that the tattoo is a faded one of her ex-husband's name.
Megan was previously married to Brian Austin Green, and the two share three sons. According to the comments on Megan's photo, the "bush" is a tattoo she got when she was married to Brian.
"The "bush" is a faded tattoo of her ex husband's name," a comment read. "Y'all need to calm down."
"It's a tattoo that says 'Brian,'" wrote another person.
Others stood up for Megan in her comment section too.
"Even if it is hair, who cares!" a fan wrote. "We all have it, it's natural and normal. Get over it."
"It’s a tattoo but y’all are some f—en weirdos concerned about whether or not someone has a bush even if they accidentally show it,” added someone else.
And another fan commented on the double standards. “Gosh women can't win,” the person wrote. “People on IG criticize for plastic surgery and if they're all natural, bush and all. Make up your minds!”
Reading the thousands of comments left on the post is upsetting because so much shaming is happening.
There were nearly 10,000 comments left on the series of images, and it was hard to find any that were kind.
Although many pointed out the tattoo on Megan, others questioned why she wasn’t with her kids, why she didn’t dress up exactly like Princess Zelda, poked fun at her lips, and pointed out her similarities to Kim Kardashian.
Hopefully, Megan can tune out all the naysayers.
