Megan certainly seemed to shock fans when she showed up on the 2021 VMAs red carpet alongside Machine Gun Kelly in September, wearing a dress that practically left her nude. According to her, it was all her boyfriend's idea, and she just went with it.
Her Shoot for SKIMS
While helping Kim Kardashian promote her cotton SKIMS line, Megan didn't hold back from posing in racy photos alongside Kourtney Kardashian. The images are all pretty suggestive — and of course, both ladies are wearing just underwear (or less) in many of them, but we can't deny they look amazing.
Going Topless
In another photo from Megan's SKIMS shoot, she and Kourtney pose topless together, lying down side-by-side. This might be the most risqué picture from the shoot, but Megan — who also posted it on her own Instagram account — definitely isn't holding back!

Megan and MGK certainly got our attention when Megan shared this photo on Instagram, writing, "When I tell you that the table at this air bnb saw some things," seemingly implying that they'd had sex there while staying in the vacation home.

Her Thoughts on Being a Sex Symbol
While talking to red carpet host Keke Palmer at the 2021 Met Gala, Megan said she didn't mind being considered a sex symbol.
"I'm not afraid to be sexy," she said, reported USA Today. "A woman who is intelligent and also knows how to weaponize her beauty … there's nothing more dangerous than that. There's nothing more powerful than that."

Megan did not come to play at the 2021 Met Gala — but then again, does she ever? Wearing a sparkly red Dundas gown, Megan showed skin in a few different places, from the lace-up front and sides of the dress to the sky-high slit up her leg.

In the beginning of Megan's relationship with MGK, she starred in his music video for "Bloody Valentine." In it, she played his love interest — starting out in his bed, and even wearing lingerie in some of the scenes. This seemed to signal the beginning of her resurgence as a major sex symbol, and the risqué outfits have just kept coming ever since.

Megan once again used Instagram to make a statement, highlighting two outfits of hers that quickly became iconic. She Gave Away Her DNA
In a May 2021 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, MGK revealed that Megan gave him some of her blood in a vial that he wears as a necklace, giving us major flashbacks to former couple Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton. He proudly said that she "gave me her DNA," which just goes to show that Megan really doesn't care what anyone else thinks if it works for their relationship.
