Although Meghan Markle is not one of those content creators who uses her kids for content, she has posted photos of videos of the backs of her kids from time to time. Honestly, it would be a little weird if she didn’t. But, it seems, each time Meghan posts a new picture of her kids that shows a face covered in hair or just the lower half of their bodies, it brings up more questions.
And after Meghan posted about Prince Harry with a photo of him hugging both children, the conspiracies came tenfold. Someone shared the photo in a post on X and outright questioned the way the children look. The user seemed to insinuate that the photo was heavily edited, and a lot of people wouldn’t put it past Meghan.
People think the heartfelt photo was edited.

The user who shared the photo that Meghan posted on social media wrote, “Either the boy child has a weird foot deformity or #MeghanMarkle has been photoshopping again. Poorly. Why???? What the actual eff? #HarryandMeghan #PhotoFail #MeghanIstheproblem.”
In the picture, Harry hugs both of his kids, but you can only see the backs of the children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. That only added fuel to the fire of questions about the photo itself. Archie’s food does have a strange look to it, with the heel appearing longer than is typical. His toes also look a little warped, but the quality of the photo can be to blame for those aspects.
Someone commented on the X post to say that it looks like Lilibet’s hair has changed color, which is, to some, proof of the Photoshop claim.
“Why do the kids look completely different in every picture dump is what I want to know,” someone else commented.
“The hell?” Another X user wrote. “She has to know by now that people are looking at these photos under microscope. She isn’t even trying to make it look passible.”
Meghan Markle was also accused of using a model in place of her daughter.
Along with the speculation about Meghan and editing family photos is the idea that she somehow uses a male in place of Lilibet when she posts about her daughter. Users on X have speculated that the model Meghan uses for her lifestyle brand As Ever is the same young girl she posts photos of. The proof? Apparently, the hair color is a dead giveaway.
In reference to a photo of Meghan and Lilibet (or, at least a little girl believed to be her daughter), someone wrote, “Look carefully at Markle’s forced, unconvincing Smile Of Love here. The child, whoever she actually is, looks like she’s averting her eyes from the grinning
head-tilted weirdo leaning toward her.”
People still criticize her for her content about her kids.
Even if Meghan’s family photos that she posts on social media aren’t Photoshopped or edited in any way, she has gotten plenty of hate because of her content. People have shamed Meghan for not only the quality of the photos she posts of Harry and her kids compared to the crystal clear photos of herself, but they’ve also pointed out her shortcomings.
“Sharing pictures of your kid on social media is dangerous whether their face is visible or not,” a user wrote on Reddit. “They can’t consent and you’re consenting to the likes of meta to use their image in building of their AI models.”
Another user commented, “I feel so bad for children that have parents that put them in the public eye in any way. They don’t have a choice in what their parents share about them and it must feel really violating to grow up and realize just how much random strangers know about you.”
