It would be the understatement of the year to say that the Duggar family has had some pretty upsetting moments since we were first introduced to them on TLC. But now, it appears fans have truly settled on the scene from 19 Kids & Counting that really takes the cake, calling it the "most disturbing" ever.

Josie Duggar's birth was a scary one for the family.
Jim Bob and Michelle's youngest daughter, Josie, who is now 13 years old, was born three months premature, and as a result, she spent a lot of time in the NICU after her birth. Even after she came home, she was still struggling with a lot of health issues that were obviously scary for the family.
One scene that was filmed when Josie was 5 years old has fans talking again.
As The Sun reported, Duggar fans on Reddit have called this moment the "most disturbing" in the family's history, and after watching it again, it's easy to see why.
Jim Bob and Michelle were out of town and left their oldest daughter, Jana, in charge of the kids while they were gone, and this left her the one to handle the situation when Josie suddenly had a seizure.
It was a terrifying moment.
At the time, Jana was 25 years old, and as the adult in charge, she looked understandably scared as she tried to make sure her little sister was still breathing while they waited for emergency services to arrive.
"One of the little glitches for Josie is that if she runs a fever, she does have the tendency to have febrile seizures," Michelle said on the show. "It might happen just like that; she’ll spike a temp when you least expect it, and she’ll have a seizure."

A recent family gathering brought up the video all over again.
After all of the sisters (and Michelle) were in the same place at the same time last month, they shared a group photo on Instagram. Fans couldn't help but notice that Josie was the littlest by far, leading some to speculate that it might be because she was born so prematurely. After all, she and Jordyn are only a year apart in age, but Josie is significantly shorter than Jordyn.
"I think she probably has a plethora of health issues that have never been addressed," one person wrote.
Josie appears to be healthy today.
According to studies done by medical experts, some children born prematurely do eventually catch up in growth to their peers whereas others don't, so it's possible that Josie will be on the smaller size even as an adult. But it's also possible that something is going on that Michelle and Jim Bob have chosen not to disclose.
From the little information we have about the family today, it appears Josie is healthy and thriving, and hopefully, it will stay that way.
