A TikTok user's comment is what prompted Naomi's video.
A comment was made by a TikTok user stating, "She expecting again ," before adding that they wished many more pregnancies on the four-time Grand Slam singles champion.
"Replying to @Lundazi ty for your best wishes? I guess?" Naomi captioned her response video.
Naomi's birth experience with her daughter was traumatic.
In the video, the mother of one is seen lying in a bed. "I just wanna say, I'm not preggos, but if I was, I wouldn't want many more," she said, "because giving birth was traumatic. But thank you, though, for your blessings."

Other moms shared their own experiences.
"I had my child 24 years ago and I'm still traumatized by flashbacks," one mother on TikTok shared of her own birth experience.
"I don’t think people realize how difficult pregnancy can be for some and going though it many times can be traumatic," another person wrote.
Someone else jokingly added, "She said keep it demure, be mindful of the birthing experience ."
Naomi has been open about her challenges with motherhood.
During an interview with Glamour in January 2024, Naomi shared that her "world turned into a completely different world in one night” and that "it was a really long process" to heal.
“People talk about childbirth, but it’s different once you experience it," she said. "I just feel like I can do anything and nothing will bother me, and the pain tolerance has definitely increased a lot from that. I just don’t really care about other people’s opinions anymore.”
Motherhood has taught her not to care about people's opinions.
Naomi also said being a mom has helped her to care less about the opinions of others. “Moms are expected to do everything and to know everything," she told Glamour. "But I’ve learned that I can put my foot down a lot more now, and I’ve also learned why a lot of moms are very loud and they have strong characters.”
