Pippa Middleton Overwhelmed By Debt, Forced To Sell Her Farm

Pippa Middleton and her husband James Matthews have had to reluctantly say goodbye to Buckleberry Farm. The couple had purchased the property for approximately 1.3 million pounds in 2021 but accumulated debt year after year and has now decided to sell the 72-acre farm.

British tabloids reported the news, describing Buckleberry Farm as a large modern farm with a play area, a cafe, luxury glamping tents, ideal for overnight stays, and of course, animals to see and pet.

Despite the many events organized for the public, with a focus on children, from the “bunny disco” at Easter to Santa’s village, Kate Middleton’s sister and brother-in-law failed to turn Buckleberry Farm into a profitable business, and the total debt of the property reached 807,543 pounds in 2025.
