See the Traditional Way Prince William, Kate & the Kids Spent Christmas Day

Every year, royal watchers look forward to seeing the family's annual Christmas walk at Sandringham, and this year was no exception. On Monday, Prince William and Kate Middleton were joined by all three of their children to spread a little holiday cheer to onlookers who waited to greet the royals for the holiday. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis all walked alongside their parents as they celebrated — and of course, looked as adorable as usual in the process.

Each year, the royals attend Christmas Day church at Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Norfolk, famously walking to the service together and greeting those who have gathered to share their well-wishes along the way.

Now that all three of their kids are old enough to join the Prince and Princess of Wales for the service, the whole family was together for the special event.

They brought along another family member.

Will and Kate had an extra kid tagging along at Christmas this year, but don't worry — she's family! Zara Tindall's daughter, 9-year-old Mia Tindall, joined the group, holding hands with Prince Louis for part of their walk and gossiping with Charlotte for another.

The king and queen joined the festivities as well.

Walking ahead of Will and Kate were Charles and Camilla, and they weren't the only other royals who made the walk. Others were photographed, too, including Princess Eugenie and Prince Edward, and his wife, Sophie.

The royals' holiday traditions have always revolved on family, and this one is no different.

Will and Kate also shared a new photo of their children for the holiday.

The couple shared a black and white photo of George, Charlotte, and Louis on Instagram over the holiday weekend that appears to have been taken at the same time as the photo they selected for their family Christmas card this year.

"Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas, from our family to yours!" they wrote in the caption.

It looks like the royals enjoyed their holiday.

Considering how much joy the family seems to take in their royal holiday traditions, there's no doubt that it was a fun day, especially for the little ones. Here's hoping that Santa Claus was good to George, Charlotte, and Louis this year.
