It looks like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have managed to find quite an impressive group of friends in LA! After Ellen DeGeneres shared footage of her surprise vow renewal, Meghan and Harry were spotted in the crowd at the star-studded event. These two fit right in!
Ellen thought the party was to celebrate wife Portia de Rossi's birthday.
The former talk show host quickly learned it was all a ruse when her wife approached her wearing a wedding dress and handed her a bouquet of flowers.
"Portia surprised me at her birthday party by renewing our vows. Thank you @KrisJenner for officiating and @BrandiCarlile for performing, and Portia for being the greatest gift to me, even on your birthday," Ellen wrote.
Harry and Meghan were spotted among the party guests.
After seeing the full vow renewal on Ellen's YouTube channel, fans quickly spotted Meghan and Harry standing in the crowd — though they were separate from each other when the big moment happened.
They can be seen clapping and cheering on the couple in the background — how cool!
The couple had the chance to rub elbows with a *lot* of famous attendees.
There at the party with them were stars including Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, and Katy Perry — the perfect networking opportunity if we've ever seen one.
Of course, being actual royals, Harry and Meghan likely didn't get too starstruck by the whole thing.
Kris Jenner officiated the ceremony.
As if this renewal couldn't get more impressive, Ellen's close friend and Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner was at the helm of the whole thing, and she shared how grateful she was to do it in a post on her Instagram Stories on Thursday.
"It was such an honor to officiate my beautiful BFFs Ellen and Portia's wedding vow renewal. I love you guys so much and wish you a lifetime of happiness," Kris wrote.
