Prince William & Prince Harry Both Invited Princess Eugenie to Christmas

As Prince William and Prince Harry‘s feud rages on, it seems one member of the royal family has found herself caught in the middle. As someone who is on good terms with everyone involved in the fight, Princess Eugenie has reportedly scored Christmas invites from both William and Harry, and though there’s no doubt it’s nice to be so loved, this also has to present a pretty awkward situation for her.

They’ve stayed back in the US for the holiday season every year since making the move from the UK to California, and this year will be no different. But because Harry and Eugenie are still close, apparently, he was hoping she and her family would join them for the festivities.

“Harry and Meghan have invited Eugenie and Jack to join them in California during the holidays,” a source told The Express.

That's not the only invitation she's received this year.

“It’s a very difficult position for Eugenie because she has also been invited to Sandringham,” the source added.

Sandringham is where the royal family traditionally spends the Christmas holiday, including attending church, opening gifts, and going on a walkabout to greet the public. It appears Eugenie has no choice but to join the rest of the royals there, unless she really wants to rock the boat.

Eugenie may still make it across the pond before the holiday season comes to an end.

The source went on to say that Eugenie, Jack, and their two children, Gus and Ernest, are likely planning to visit the Sussexes sometime before New Year’s Day.

“It would be so nice for the children to spend time with their cousins,” the insider said, per Express. “The diary is very tight over the holidays but there might be a slot free around New Years’ time for everyone to come together at some point.”

Harry wouldn't be able to celebrate at Sandringham even if he wanted to.

Earlier this month, a royal insider told People that Meghan and Harry did not receive an invitation to Sandringham this year, where King Charles, Prince William, and the rest of the family will be on December 25. The last time they spent the holiday there was 2018, and just a little over a year later, the couple decided to walk away from royal life for good.

Eugenie has spent time with Harry and Meghan in California in the past.

In fact, back in 2022, not only did Eugenie fly all the way to the US to visit with her cousin, but she also attended the Super Bowl with Harry during the trip.

It’s nice to see that some of Harry’s family ties are staying intact, despite all the drama. And when it comes to the holidays? Well, there’s always next year …
