Although it once felt inevitable that, someday, Prince Harry and Prince William would lay their weapons down and move on from the feud that's been going on between them over the past few years, now it seems like that might be impossible. According to new royal intel, Will feels like Harry has pulled some low blows against him in a very public way, and one involving Kate Middleton is what truly hit him the hardest. There may be no coming back from this …

It all stems from a comment that Prince Harry made on his Netflix docuseries.
At one point, Harry said that the men in his family feel a "temptation or an urge to marry someone who [they are] perhaps destined to be with."
Some might have imagined he was only referring to his dad, King Charles, and his marriage to Princess Diana, but Will reportedly took it a different way entirely.
Some people believe that Harry was calling out Will.

At least, that's according to what author Robert Hardman wrote in his new book, The Making of a King: King Charles III and the Modern Monarchy.
"On top of all the other breaches of trust, here was Harry making a blatant attack on Catherine. For William, this was the lowest of the low," he wrote, via Us Weekly.
Will also thinks that Harry's comments have been a huge violation of privacy.

Talking to The New York Post, Hardman said William being such a "private person" means that he's struggling to cope with everything Harry's shared about their lives so publicly.
"He doesn’t do nearly as many interviews as his father did at this age and family life is absolutely off-limits for media," Hardman said. "Privacy is really important and Harry’s just gone and chucked all these stories about their childhood into the public domain."

The royal expert called his words 'wounding' to Will.
"Harry talks about marrying someone for love, not because it’s the sort of person you ought to," he said. "I think that’s a lot more wounding. I mean that’s effectively dissing your brother and his choice of wife in a very public way."
Considering that Will and Harry's brotherly relationship was already in a pretty fragile place, this might have been the last straw.
Earlier reports suggest Kate isn't happy about any of this, either.

Last year, a royal source told Us Weekly that Kate was "appalled" by what Harry had said about her in the docuseries (and written about her in his book).
"Kate feels that Harry’s actions are atrocious. She is appalled at him for dragging her name through the dirt and is finding it hard to forgive," the insider said at the time.
