Rihanna Scoops Up Matthew Perry’s $21 Million ‘Mansion in the Sky’ Ahead of Baby No. 2

It looks like Rihanna is doing a bit of nesting ahead of the arrival of her second child. This month, Rihanna purchased Matthew Perry's Los Angeles penthouse for a cool $21 million, and after seeing photos of this pad, which has been nicknamed the "mansion in the sky," we can totally understand why she snatched it up.

The home is in the same building Rihanna currently lives in.

As Top Ten Real Estate Deals reported, the building is called The Century, and it's known for being a haven for celebrities who are looking for security and freedom from paparazzi. Though Rihanna's been living there for a while, her new purchase is a major upgrade.

Her new home is on the 40th floor.

That means that she has some amazing views of the city down below and more than 9,000 square feet of space inside the penthouse. It has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a game room, and a home theater — she, A$AP Rocky, and their kids are going to have more than enough room to spread out.

The kitchen is seriously impressive.

It appears to have all the upgrades a home chef would want, along with plenty of counter space and multiple areas to eat, including space for a table. This is going to come in especially handy when Rihanna's second kiddo arrives!

She's not the only celebrity who lives in this building.

Top Ten Real Estate Deals reports that Candy Spelling, wife of the late Aaron Spelling, owns the top two floors of the building, and other stars including Denzel Washington, Elizabeth Berkley, and Paula Abdul also have made The Century their home.

Rihanna and her fam will be very happy here.

It looks like a pretty cool place to grow up — not to mention safe, which is extremely important for such a famous mom raising her children in Hollywood.

If only we could all get invites to her housewarming party after she moves in. We'd love to check out the place for ourselves!
