These days, Rob Kardashian leads a far more private life than his siblings do — it’s rare that we ever catch a glimpse of him on social media, let alone on The Kardashians. But this week, he made an exception as he celebrated Khloé Kardashian‘s birthday. These two have always been super close, so of course he was there to spend her special day with her… but this time, he even posed for a photo, which almost never happens!
Khloé shared photos from her birthday celebration.
In the photo, Khloé is seen posing with several members of her family, including mom Kris Jenner and sisters Kourtney and Kim. Standing next to Kris is Rob, who is dressed casually with a big smile on his face.
“How blessed am I? Missing a few but they’re always with me,” Khloé wrote in her caption, adding a red heart emoji.
This is the first time we’ve seen Rob in a family photo in a long time, and he’s looking good! And not only did he appear in the photo, but he also commented on the post, writing, “We are so Blessed to have you! We love you so much!!!”
Keep swiping over, and you’ll also see Rob posing for a couple of pictures with his daughter, Dream.
People were thrilled to see him.
Plenty of Khloé’s followers were all about wishing her a happy birthday in the comments… but a lot of them were also really happy to see Rob, who is seemingly doing really well.
One person commented, “I love you @khloekardashian but I can’t even tell you how happy you made me by sharing a pic of Rob. He seems happy and healthy. My heart is full.”
Khloé even replied to the comment, writing, “that’s my baby.”
Considering how close she and her brother are, there’s no doubt that she was glad to have him there celebrating with her as she turned 42.
Last year, Rob opened up about why he has been staying off the grid for so long.
During a July 2025 call-in appearance on Khloé’s Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, Rob explained that it wasn’t any family drama that made him step away from the cameras — it just had to do with the way he feels about himself.
“I don’t want to be filming and putting myself in a position where I’m not comfortable,” he said. “I’m not comfortable in my skin, so why would I want to go be on camera, be vulnerable, and let people in when that’s not what I want to do?”
He added, “Also, filming and doing all that, it’s not for everybody. I choose my own happiness and peace, rather than filming for somebody who doesn’t do anything for me in my personal life. That’s the truth.”
Good for Rob for being true to himself. It’s great to see a sign of life from him every once in a while, though.
