Sarah Michelle Gellar Immediately Snaps Into Mom Mode When Son Rocky Dances on Jumbotron

Sarah Michelle Gellar may be one half of one of the most beloved celebrity couples of all time (along with husband Freddie Prinze Jr., of course), but if she's not careful, her own kid is going to steal her spotlight soon. When Sarah appeared on the Jumbotron at a Los Angeles Chargers game recently, it was Rocky who ended up making the most of all eyes being on him. But the second things started to get out of control, Sarah didn't miss a beat reigning her kid in. It's just part of being a mom!

The moment surfaced on TikTok this week.

In the video, Sarah and 11-year-old Rocky are taking in a game at SoFi Stadium when the camera focuses on them. Rocky wastes absolutely zero time dancing, but as soon as he starts thrusting his hips, Sarah completely switches gear into mom mode.

It's hilarious to see how quickly her face changes (and how quickly she's smiling again after admonishing her kid) because we've all done this before — probably dozens of times.

Commenters can't get enough of how relatable this is.

Sure, Sarah's life as a famous mom might be different from the rest of us who aren't household names, but this one moment is something that so many parents can see themselves in.

"As a boy mom I totally get it," one person wrote, while another added, "she is not getting a second of peace."

It's rare that we get to catch a glimpse of Sarah's kids.

She and Freddie tend to give their kids as much privacy as they can, so we don't often get to see them on social media — and when we do, their faces are usually obscured to protect them.

Along with Rocky, the couple are also parents to a 14-year-old daughter, Charlotte.

In September, Sarah wished Rocky a happy birthday on Instagram.

Posting a series of throwback photos of her son, the proud mom wrote, "from the moment you came racing into our life (we may still hold the record for fastest delivery at St John’s) you have made everything better and funnier. Your laugh is infectious, your jokes are the best and your spirit is … EVERYTHING. You make every day brighter."

It looks like Rocky likely gives his parents a run for their money.

But no matter how many times he embarrasses his parents in front of an audience, we have a feeling that they love him anyway – and this is going to become a really fun story for the family to tell in the future. Keep dancing, Rocky!
