Those who tune in to Sister Wives know Kody Brown has become estranged from many of his adult children. Unfortunately, this includes his eldest daughter, Madison, with his ex-wife, Janelle. And recently, Madison Brown revealed the gender of baby No. 4 to fans.
As a refresher, Madison married Caleb Brush in 2016. They welcomed their first child, a son they named Axel James, in May 2017. A daughter, Evangalynn Kodi, was born in August, followed by another baby girl, Josephine Lee, in February 2023.

Madison Brown posted a gender reveal via Instagram.
On November 8, Madison took to Instagram to reveal the gender of her fourth child.
“Excited to share here that Baby Brush #4 will be another little girl! 🩷🎀,” she declared alongside a bump photo.
The expecting mom added, “Still playing with some names, but Evie is over the moon, poor Axel is coming around to the idea 😂 and Joey has no idea what’s about to come. Caleb and I are just excited for a happy healthy girl and family. 🩵.”
In the comments, friends and fans were excited for her.
Madison’s Instagram followers reacted to her news in the comments, with one person writing, “You look fantastic! Congratulations!”
Another person shared, “Whatever name you choose will be beautiful. Your girls are beautiful and Axel is a handsome little boy. Congrats again! ❤️.”
Meanwhile, someone else commented, “Poor Axel and Caleb….being overrun by a house full of girls. Congratulations,” as a different Instagram user declared, “You do MOTHERING so well ❤️👏😂.”
Madison shared her pregnancy news a few months ago.
On September 29, Madison announced her pregnancy. “What a wild year! Looks like 2025 might be a little crazy too!” she wrote via Instagram next to a picture of herself cradling an obvious baby bump. “Baby Brush #4 coming March 2025. 💛.”

In 'Sister Wives' Season 19, Maddie didn't tell Kody about her third pregnancy.
During an episode of Sister Wives that aired on November 3, Janelle told Kody she was thinking about moving closer to Maddie and their grandkids.
“Why didn’t she call me to tell me she was having a baby?” Kody asked
To that, Janelle replied, “The kids are all feeling very estranged from you.”

Janelle explained that Kody hadn't 'shown interest' in Madison or her kids.
In a confessional, Janelle offered more insight into Kody’s relationship with their daughter and her kids.
“Maddie has observed to me that Kody has not been out to see her kids since Evie was born, and Evie’s 3,” Janelle explained. “Maddie’s like, ‘Why would I tell him that I’m having another one? He hasn’t really shown that much interest in the other two.’”
It’s unclear whether Kody and Madison have worked on their relationship or if she kept him in the loop for her pregnancy with baby No. 4.
