It's like we blinked and suddenly, Chrissy Teigen was a mom of four — but in a way, that's kind of what happened. Just months after welcoming her third child into the world with husband John Legend, in June 2023, Chrissy announced that they'd secretly become parents to another baby, this time using a surrogate. Suddenly, this celebrity mom has her hands very full.
Today, Chrissy and John are parents to Luna, Miles, Esti, and Wren, which the model says now completes her family. And since first becoming a mom when Luna was born in 2016, this mama has had a blast sharing her motherhood experience with followers on social media.
That hasn't stopped since, and we have been able to continue following along on Chrissy and John's adventures with their kids and journey to finally becoming a complete family of six.

Nose to Nose
How sweet is this mother and daughter duo? When she posted this photo with Luna, Chrissy wrote, "my baby forever ever," which is how most of us parents feel about our kiddos. Luna might be getting big (she's already 7 years old!) but she'll always be Chrissy's baby.
Hitching a Ride
We're sure that, like any other siblings, Luna and Miles have their moments when they're bickering and fighting with each other (and generally driving their parents up a wall), but we never see those times on Instagram. Chrissy always shares all the sweet moments, like the time Luna let her brother hop on board for a piggy back ride while they were visiting a dinosaur park.
Ready for His Close-Up
Speaking of dinosaurs … how adorable is Miles' shirt in this picture? Not to mention the way he's posing like a total pro. We love his casual look and that big grin (and if you swipe through to see the other photos in this carousel, you'll see Luna pulling out her model skills, too).
Spa Ready
Nothing makes us feel as good as a fresh set of nails, and it seems like Luna would certainly agree!
"Had the cutest girl’s day with Luna this past weekend. she wanted to do a spa/escape room day while Miles went off with dad to the Rams game. doing everything in my power to make sure these two know how special they are before (and after!) new baby gets here," Chrissy wrote in this post that she shared shortly before Esti's arrival.
Introducing Esti
Chrissy shared this sweet photo of Luna and Miles with their new baby sister to announce Esti's birth, and it couldn't be more clear how ready they were to welcome another kid to their club!
"The house is bustling and our family could not be happier," Chrissy wrote. "Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c section!? We are in bliss."

Easter Travels
If you've been following Chrissy and John for awhile now, you know that this family is usually on the go — and not even newborn Esti could slow them down! In April, Chrissy shared this sweet family photo from their Easter trip to Venice, Italy. How glam!
A Mama & Her New Daughter
In this stripped-down, bare-faced selfie with baby Esti, Chrissy looks every bit a new mom (but she's still totally glowing). She admitted that she was too tired to write a caption, not that we blame her — in those early months with baby, moms are too tired to do just about anything! She gets a pass on this one.
Dance Photos
When Chrissy shared Luna's recital photos and said she couldn't handle them, we immediately knew what she meant. Between the outfit, the dog, and the pose, this is the perfect combination of funny and cute at the same time. Why do we feel like this picture is going to come back to haunt Luna for the rest of her life?!
Baby Wren
After Chrissy officially announced baby Wren's birth, the photo sharing began … and we were not disappointed! We will never be able to get over that head of hair, or that adorable newborn crinkly face. Juggling two infants at the same time can't be easy, but it helps that the babies in question are so cute.
A Sweet Family Photo
Anyone with young kids will tell you that getting everyone to pose for a photo is almost impossible, so we're not surprised that Chrissy counted this one as a victory and revealed in her caption that she's going for the gold next time.
"Next goal – all of us AND all the animals (poodle, frenchie, something I dunno terrier, basset hound, two bunnies and bearded dragon, prob something else by the time this loads)," she wrote.

Mama With Her Oldest Two
Luna and Miles were the only kids in the family for a long time, and that was the case last summer, when they spent a good bit of time traveling around Europe with their mom and dad. Should we believe that they were both as angelic as they look in a restaurant?
Sleepy Girl
The thing about babies is that they're almost always sleepy … except at night, when we actually want them to sleep! We have a feeling Esti might be one of those babies, judging by this giant (yet adorable) yawn that's happening in this picture.
Silly Faces
Miles definitely got the memo that this was supposed to be a silly photo with Mom, but if Luna got it, she didn't care. Instead, she stole the show with the sweetest smile that tells us she might just end up following in Chrissy's model footsteps.
A Real Little Mermaid
So many kids dream of becoming mermaids, but Chrissy made that dream come true for Luna in 2022 — and she looks amazing wearing fins! It looks like they were having a blast together, but we are going to need the details on when we can find a fin of our own.
Out & About
