Two weeks after welcoming their baby boy — their first child together — this couple is officially introducing him to the world. On Wednesday, Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa revealed their son's name, sharing a photo of his sweet face for the first time.
Heather Rae and Tarek are sharing new photos at home with their baby boy.
For a feature with Us Weekly, Tarek and Heather Rae offered up the first peek at their son's face — and he's so cute!
They also revealed his name: Tristan Jay El Moussa, which holds a lot of significance for the couple.
"Tarek was supposed to be named Tristan, and his parents ended up naming him Tarek. And then my dad’s middle name is Jay. So it’s four generations of the middle name Jay," the proud mom told the news outlet.
Baby Tristan was a few days late.
His due date was January 27, but days later, he still hadn't budged.
"We did a stress test. I’m 35 years old, so we had done a stress test on him almost every time I went for the last few weeks. And at that point, he wasn’t moving as much as he usually did," she said.
At that point, Heather Rae had to go straight to the hospital, without even stopping at home to get her hospital bag, to be monitored. That must have been so scary!
They also shared some of their baby's birth story.
"I thought we were gonna end up doing [an] emergency C-section because his heart rate was dropping. And … the doctor told Heather, ‘Give one last big push, give everything you have, let’s see if we can make it happen.’ And she did," Tarek said.
That's when their baby boy was born, starting a brand-new chapter for the couple.

Though this is the first time we've seen Tristan's face, Heather Rae and Tarek have been sharing glimpses of their lives as parents to a newborn here and there on Instagram.
It looks like they're really loving this sweet stage with their little one.
We can't wait to learn more about Tristan.
It appears his parents are over the moon to have him here — and we're sure the same goes for his big brother and sister, Taylor and Brayden, who Tarek shares with ex Christina Hall.
