Taylor Swift Spends Day at Kansas City Children’s Hospital – See the Adorable Moments

Taylor Swift‘s wildly popular Eras Tour only came to an end earlier this week, but she’s already turned her focus to reaching out to more of her fans. On Thursday, which also happened to be the day before the singer’s 35th birthday, Taylor spent the day at a Kansas City children’s hospital, meeting and chatting with fans (and even making TikTok videos with them).

Taylor visited Kansas City's Children's Mercy Hospital.

According to what parents of the patients have said, it sounds like her visit was a total surprise – even to the hospital’s staff. Now, videos and photos of Taylor meeting with patients and their families have surfaced on social media, and it looks like it was an unforgettable day for everyone involved.

One mom shared the story of her daughter's time with Taylor on Facebook.

Mom Melissa Nuzum shared photos of Taylor with her daughter, Baylee, writing that the singer had even gifted her a personalized, signed copy of her Eras Tour book during her visit to Baylee’s room.

“We have fan girled all morning! I even cried because it’s wonderful to see my girl smile so much knowing the pain she’s been in,” Melissa wrote.

She made a TikTok with one patient.

Here, we can see Taylor making a surprise appearance in a TikTok video set to the song “Bad Blood” from her 1989 album. This had to have been an awesome moment, it’s no surprise that the video already has over 6.7 million views!

She also posed with the most adorable therapy dog.

Here, we can see Taylor and a Golden Retriever named Jellybean. Taylor may be a cat lady – she’s mom to Meredith, Olivia, and Benjamin Button, after all – but she does look pretty happy posing next to this pup!

Travis Kelce may have made an appearance, too.

Though Travis hasn’t appeared in any of the photos or videos from Taylor’s hospital visit, one mom, Anita Belt, posted on Facebook that she’d heard the Kansas City Chiefs player was “in the building” too.

“Children’s Mercy Hospital does their best to nurse seriously ill children, comfort family, and bring a little joy when they can. Today did not disappoint! Thank you Taylor Swift for bringing some joy to Rylie today!!” she wrote.
