As fans of Teen Mom star already know, Kailyn Lowry is known for telling it like it is. The mom of seven has taken this same approach after leaving the show with her podcast and social media updates. And recently, Kailyn made serious claims about her exes in a trauma-dumping video.
Kailyn and her ex Jo Rivera welcomed their son, Isaac, on 16 and Pregnant in 2010. She also has a son, Lincoln (born in 2013), with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin; two more sons, Lux, 7, and Creed, 4, with her ex Chris Lopez; and a son, Rio (born in 2022), and twins, Verse and Valley (born in late 2023), with her fiancé, Elijah Scott.

In a recent video, Kail and a friend participated in the 'candy salad trauma dump' video.
On November 22, Kailyn posted a video via Instagram and TikTok of herself participating in the “candy salad trauma dump” challenge. She and her friend, Matt Matthews, took turns adding candy to a bowl while sharing something traumatic that happened to them. In the process, Kailyn made shocking claims about one of her exes.

When it was her turn, Kailyn declared, “My name is Kail, and when I was 27, my ex-boyfriend strangled me and pushed me down the stairs. And I brought the Lindor chocolates.”
Although she didn’t name the ex involved in the alleged incident, Kailyn did date Chris when she was 27.
Other traumatic experiences allegedly happened during that same relationship.
“In 2019, my boyfriend at the time smothered me with a couch pillow in my own home. And I brought the 3 Musketeers,” Kailyn said during another turn.
“In 2017 while I was pregnant with my third son, I told my boyfriend he was just like his dad, and he choked me up against the side of the house,” Kailyn said later in the video. “And I brought the assortment.”

In the comments, fans shared their support for Kailyn.
Her TikTok followers shared their support in the comments, with one person writing, “I hope y’all’s therapists have therapists. Love you! 😂💖🫶.”
Someone else declared, “Kail is the definition of break the cycle!”
Meanwhile, a different fan commented, “Not me googling dates to see who she was with those years 🫣.”
Yet another shared, “Kail everytime you do one of these I’m left with no words omg.”
She also revealed other disturbing incidents involving her mother.
Elsewhere in the trauma-dumping video, Kailyn detailed heartbreaking scenarios from her childhood.
“When I was 16 years old, my mom overcharged my boyfriend’s dad for a procedure to terminate a pregnancy so that she could pocket the extra money. And I brought the Ferrero Rocher,” she claimed at one point.
During another turn, Kailyn shared, “When I was in the fourth grade, I walked into my mom cleaning up her own blood off the basement floor from a domestic violence incident with her husband. And I brought Mr. Goodbar.”
Finally, she revealed, “In elementary school, I lied to CPS when they came to the guidance counselor’s office to talk to me. And I brought the Reese’s.”
