The daughter of Faith Hill and Tim McGraw faced a bit of backlash recently when she shared a bikini photo of herself. No, her followers weren’t upset with how much skin Gracie McGraw was showing, but instead her use of the drug Ozempic. Many in Hollywood have turned to the diabetes drug for weight loss, and at least one fan called her out for it.
It all started when Gracie showed off her bikini bod on Instagram.
The 26-year-old shared a summer selfie with her fans, posing on what appeared to be a roof-top deck. Gracie looked like she was sunbathing moments before she snapped the picture, which featured her in a vintage-inspired two-piece suit.
“It’s a gorgeous day for narcissism,” she joked in the caption.
One fan didn't find it funny.
One of her followers commented on the post, referencing Gracie’s caption, writing “and Ozempic” on her photo in what appeared to be a nod to her noticeably slimmer figure.
Gracie frequently shares candid swimsuit snaps of herself, offering followers a look at a more relatable figure than what they may be used to seeing in their feed. It seems like at least one person noticed the weight loss and wanted her to admit to using it to help her along.
She didn't let the comment get her down.

Instead of snapping at the commenter, Gracie offered a measured (and classy) response.
“I did use Ozempic last year, yes,” she wrote. “I am now on a low dose of Mounjaro for my PCOS as well as working out. No need to accuse when I have been open about it.”
Fans rallied in support of Gracie and went after the original poster.
People wanted Gracie to know they had similar struggles.
Some of Gracie’s fans called the OP out, asking why they would make such an “unnecessary remark” about the young woman.
Others commiserated with Gracie, sharing their own diagnosis. “PCOS sucks,” one person wrote. “Insulin resistance, weight gain, ovarian cysts and polyps, hair growth on the face and other odd areas … plus a ton of other issues. I’m super glad she was able to get access to a great [medication] to help out!”

The attack on Gracie feels pretty unusual.
Gracie hasn’t exactly kept her medical history — including her medication list — a secret, so it’s odd that someone would feel the need to jump on her like that.
We’re glad Gracie responded so openly about what was going on. After all the miracle weight loss journeys we’ve seen on Instagram, there’s no doubt that plenty of people find it refreshing to see an honest version of the process for a change.
