A new celebrity couple may be in the works, and it’s one that a lot of fans probably never saw coming. According to what a Hollywood insider told Radar Online, Tom Cruise developed a crush on Pamela Anderson over the last couple of years and the feeling is reportedly mutual. They bonded over the biggest thing they have in common — their love of the entertainment industry — but if this source is to be believed, they’re getting along in plenty of other ways, too.
Pam first caught Tom’s eye in 2024.
(Okay, so he probably noticed her long before that, because didn’t we all? She’s always been gorgeous.)
The source said that Pamela’s movie The Last Showgirl really made an impression on Tom, prompting him to reach out to her.
“There is definitely a spark between them,” the insider said. “People have noticed it and mentioned it to Tom. He’s a very private guy, so until they’re at a place where they want to make this official, he will play his cards close to his chest — but he certainly doesn’t shoot down the idea of dating her when people bring it up.”
Pamela has reportedly changed a lot recently — and it might mean she’s ready to find a serious relationship.
The source added that Pamela’s transformation over the past few years has really made an impact as she’s made her successful Hollywood comeback.
“She’s so much more balanced,” they said. “Having this big career comeback has given her such a huge confidence boost, and it’s also got people seeing her in a very different light, too.”
Earlier this month, another source told The Daily Mail that with Pam’s career on track, she’s now thinking about what she wants her personal life to look like.
“Pamela is making room for love in her life,” the source said.
The source thinks Tom is ready for love, too.
Pamela was previously linked to Liam Neeson while Tom was dating Ana De Armas, but those relationships have ended, leaving them both single. Maybe that means the timing is finally about to work out for them to give their own love story with each other a shot?
The source who spoke to Radar Online certainly seems to think so, and it sounds like it wouldn’t be surprising at all if Tom’s next move was to pursue Pamela.
“He always speaks highly of Pamela,” they added. “He has a ton of respect for her. She’s a huge cinephile, so that’s something they really have bonded over. They can talk about movies and the business for hours.”
Time will tell if these two do end up together, but the rumor mill is certainly making it sound like it could be a done deal.
