Tori Roloff Responds to Critics Who Question Why She Takes Her Young Kids on Vacation

Tori Roloff is used to being in the spotlight and the unsolicited advice that seems to come with the territory. That doesn't mean it's something she should have to deal with of course, but it does give her some experience in pushing back on the criticism.

That's what she's done, once again, after getting questioned about her decision to take her kids to Disneyland.

On February 1, Tori took to Instagram to share a video compilation of a trip her family recently took, including her husband, Zach, and their three kids: 5-year-old Jackson, 3-year-old Lilah, and 9-month-old Josiah.

The caption on the video hinted at a comment she likely gets a lot when she shares adventures she and Zach take their kiddos on.

'Why do you take your kids to Disneyland so young?' the video caption read. 'They won't remember it?'

Then the video montage shared clips and photos of the kids making magical memories at Disneyland. There's a photo of the family posing at the iconic Cinderella castle at Magic Kingdom.

In other clips, the boys are smiling at the hotel room getting ready for their day, and Lilah is all smiles while wearing her Elsa dress holding an Esla doll.

They took in the sights, met Disney characters, and enjoyed the water in the pool.

The video continued, sharing more adventures the family experienced while visiting Disneyland: Josiah wearing Mickey ears while watching the parade and Jackson looking at the incredible buildings at the park.

The Roloffs looked like they had the best time, and the smiles on the kids' faces were front and center in all the clips.

At the end of the clip, Tori wrote another caption on the screen, hitting at critics.

“They won’t remember it, but I’ll never forget it,” she wrote on the video. And in the caption of the video post on Instagram, she reiterated the reason she takes these family trips with her kids — even if they’re too young to remember them.

“Forever grateful for trips like this,” she shared.

The post definitely resonated with her fans who shared their own stories of why they take family vacations.

“Because it’s not just about them remembering it’s also about a parent seeing and always having the memory of seeing their child’s face when they 1st go to Disney,” one fan wrote. “We took our boys when they were younger and they love looking at the photos [from] our 1st trip and my husband and I still talk about their little eyes lighting up when we 1st arrived at Disneyworld.”

“There’s nothing more heart warming then watching your children, no matter what age, have fun at Disneyland!!” another fan shared. “The best place ever for making memories!! love all the pictures Tori!!”

“They may not remember it all but they will certainly be shaped by the experience in the best way positive,” added someone else. “It's all in the hard wiring.”

“People who make those comments aren't people who enjoy their time with their kids,” shared another person.

“People need to mind their own business!” someone else hit back. “If they want to take their littles, let them!!”
