This piece of property is coveted, and last July, the star put it on the market. But, given all that's gone on this year, she's reduced the price from $15.45 million to $12 million. And, of course, there's a lot that comes with the place. It is an NYC penthouse, after all.
Jennifer is one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood who now spends most of her time in Los Angeles, so selling her penthouse for less than she bought it for in 2016 is likely not a big deal to her. Her home was on the market for just over 200 days, and the lucky buyer got quite a steal — and we have photos to prove it.

In this photo, we really get a good feel for how bright this home is. The dark wood floors with the light colored walls help open the space up further. Add to that the neutral furniture with pops of fun colors, like in the wall art and the purple pillows, and it's easy to love this space.

This home may not be as large as other mansions — that's NY for ya — but it has everything anyone could want in a penthouse. Mainly, incredible views, which allow light to fill every corner of the room. Between that and the open-concept main floor, it's the perfect size for a single person or a couple. Also, when it comes to decorating, it's clear Jennifer has amazing taste.
So Much Space & Light
OK, this all window wall is unbelievable, and it's something we wish we could have in our home. It helps that there is that unmistakable New York scenery to go along with it. We're also feeling the fun pops of art here. It adds another interesting space for the eyes to wander.
An Elegant White Kitchen
The deep-hued hardwood floors follow through the whole main floor, and it looks perfect paired with the very white kitchen space. White kitchens aren't the best idea for families with little kids, but since Jennifer isn't raising little people (just yet!), it's all about elegance.
Another Look at the Kitchen
Here we can see the kitchen from another angle. While it's not as big as some other celebrity kitchens, there's everything that's needed here. It's like a mini chef's kitchen, and that wall full of windows is breathtaking. Also, those white cabinets and counters work well with the classic stainless steel appliances.
The Corner With a View
Is there anything more gorgeous than the NYC skyline on a bright day? This space is where Jennifer, and whoever is the new owner of the penthouse, can really take in the view of the city. The floor-to-ceiling corner windows are amazing. Just imagine how great the light looks in this corner during sunsets or sunrises!
Main Bedroom
We know that sleep is one of the best things in the world to catch up on. For actors like Jennifer, having time to unwind at their own home is likely super comforting in light of their hectic schedules. We have a feeling this home is calming and relaxing. This room is one that we'd love to be able to recreate in our own space. GOALS!
An Elegant Bathroom
There would be no fighting over counter space with our significant other in this bathroom because it appears there is more space in the bathroom than most people have in their kitchen. Also, this shower is massive and likely really relaxing after an especially long day.
Pool Table Room
Work hard and play hard — or play a relaxing game of pool. This room maintains the calm and relaxed feel of the entire home with the neutral walls and carpet. We love the leather chairs. And the pool table is beautifully customized to match the space, too. There's none of that dark green!
The Penthouse Outdoor Kitchen
While this terrace would only be nice in the spring and summer, and maybe the fall, it's an absolute luxury while the weather allows. There's a lot of space here, especially for a terrace, and that view that looks like they're on top of the world is a dream.

It's hard to get an idea of what space looks like when we're only looking at single photos. Here we get an idea of just how much space there really is in this penthouse, which is just over 4,000 square feet. Honestly, it's bigger than most of our houses, and there's even the lovely terrace.
Outdoor Space
This covered outdoor area is a true rarity in Manhattan, and provides a secluded spot that's outdoors. The penthouse's outdoor terrace is 3,000 square feet and two-tiered, with the second tier opening from the master bedroom.
Garden & Greenery
Given how big the rooftop area is, it feels like a backyard, but up really high, which means it's wonderfully private. Here there's some greenery with the grass (not sure if it's real or artificial, but it looks fresh) and the shrubs that bring more privacy to the eating area.
Rooftop Dining
What better space would there be to have a midnight snack or drink before bed than this right here? It is gorgeous during the day when the sun is shining, but likely equally as breathtaking when the stars are out.
A Nightcap View
Yes, a terrace has steps to walk down to another level with space to lounge in the sun or relax with a book. Of course, the show-stopper is the view from the top of the 30th floor of the glamorous building.
