When Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker welcomed their first child together, fans rejoiced. The Kardashians star and Blink-182 drummer struggled to conceive before welcoming their son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, on November 1, 2023. Since their baby boy's arrival, the celebrity couple has understandably been protective.
Neither Kourtney nor Travis has shared a photo of Rocky's face – only snaps of his feet/hands, or full-body shots as he looks away from the camera. However, Travis surprised faces with a precious photo of Kourtney snuggling with Rocky in a sweet birthday tribute.

Travis shared a sweet birthday tribute as Kourtney turned 45.
Barker took to Instagram on April 18 with a carousel of photos in honor of Kourtney's birthday. "Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, soulmate and best friend forever," he captioned the update. "I love you, I love our life together. Thank you for being the most amazing wife a person could ask for. Here’s to many more years of adventures together ❤️ ."
The second and third photos featured rare photos of baby Rocky.
In the second photo, Kourt lay in bed next to their son, who faced away from the camera. The mom of four had a peaceful expression as she snuggled close to Rocky. Kourtney popped into the comments, writing, "Husband of my dreams. I love our life!!"
Another photo showed Rocky's leg peeking out of a blanket.
Meanwhile, the third image in the carousel showed the couple kissing while standing next to a private jet. Travis notably held Rocky in his arms as his son was covered up with the blanket. The baby boy's tiny leg was the only thing uncovered.

Travis shared another photo of Kourtney, however, that caused quite the backlash.
Those who swiped all the way through Travis' carousel of photos were in for a surprise. That's because the very last photo showed Kourtney sitting on a toilet while smiling in a public restroom. Compared to the rest of the photos, this image was quite jarring for Instagram users.
Instagram users had strong feelings about seeing Kourtney sitting on a toilet.
Unsurprisingly, the comments section of Travis' post was mostly filled with reactions to the toilet photo.
Kourtney's younger sister, Kylie Jenner, wrote, "Last pic for me ."
Another Instagram user declared, "Was not prepared for the last slide ," while someone else commented, "Last photo was unnecessary and disgusting ."
Yet another person wrote, "They are so real, but… I think the last photo was not necessary ♀️ ."
Someone else commented, "So every husband posts embarrassing pics of their wife got it! Happy birthday Kort!!"
