Nutter Butter Ghost Cookies for Halloween: A Recipe for Good Ghouls & Boys

Ordinarily, if I came across ghosts at a Halloween party, I'd be frightened out of my wits. But not at these cuties! Ghost cookies made with peanut butter-filled sandwich cookies, like Nutter Butters, are too freakin' adorable to scare anyone. And they're incredibly easy to make, too! Just melt some white chocolate, dip, and add the mini chocolate chip eyes. How can something so haunting be so sweet?

I like these because they take just a few minutes to make — but it still looks like you put in some effort. And Nutter Butters are yummy — especially under a ghostly cover of white chocolate! Nutter Butter ghost cookies recipe below the jump.
