Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberry shortcake is a perfect springtime dessert and one that everyone is a fan of. But you know what's so great about it? It can be super easy to make if you want the quickie version.

First buy a premade spongecake from your local supermarket (everyone seems to carry them). Get your bread knife and slice it horizontally in large slabs (across the entire cake), about an inch or two thick. You should cut three layers.

Put the first piece of cake down, then spread a layer of Cool Whip or whipped cream on it. Add a layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat for the next two layers. Top it off with a generous amount of whipped cream.

That's it — done! Simple and delicious strawberry shortcake.

Seriously, how cute are these Easter bunny cupcakes? If you have the time, you can make them from scratch.

But you can also do a faster version. First, buy premade cupcakes with white frosting from your local supermarket. Then dip the cupcake top in shredded coconut to give it a furry look. Cut a jelly bean in half and use as the bunny's eyes, with thin strips of black licorice for whiskers, and pieces of stick gum rounded at the top for bunny ears.

They will be almost too adorable to eat. Trust us.
