16 Workout Songs for When The Kids Are Around & Eminem Just Won’t Do​

It's a conundrum you're bound to run into as a mom: Sooner or later, your favorite playlist for a high-intensity workout is chock-full of lyrics that are downright inappropriate for blasting around little ears. Or at the very least, you're questioning whether you want to take the risk that your kid will parrot Eminem's angsty verses or even an '80s hair band ode to sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll. For that reason, you may need find kid-appropriate tunes that will get you up and moving without raising issues with your little ones down the road!
