Nicole Kidman Reveals Some Very Weird Surprises in Her Vacation Home Tour (PHOTOS)

When Nicole Kidman isn't relaxing in Nashville with husband Keith Urban and their daughters, or filming a new movie, or showing up on the cover of Vogue magazine, she's kicking it country-style on her Australian Farm. Want to get a sneak peek?

Vanity Fair did a "73 Questions" video with the actress in her home Down Under and wow … All we can say now is that our lives will not be complete until we have a guest cottage of our own. And it needs to come with blue skies, loads of lavender, and chickens.

First up is a glimpse of Kidman's house from the front, all lacy white verandas behind a hedge.

And here is Ms. Kidman, in a white, lacy Alberta Ferretti dress to match and a broad-brimmed sun hat perfect for the Australian sun.

Stop in for a brief stop at the entry hall, with table to rest Kidman's hat and a staircase beyond. But we won't be seeing the upstairs rooms.

Billiards Room

Kidman lets us peek into her billiards room briefly. Yes, she really does play — she says her nickname is "Pool Shark."

Across the hallway from the billiards room is the library. (Somewhere there lurks Professor Plum and a lead pipe, no doubt.) We love her cute American flag needlepoint sofa cushion.

Kitchen

We breeze past a breakfast nook and the kitchen. It looks roomy and high-end but not super fancy and ostentatious.

Parlor

We could call this the living room. But since it's an old-fashioned farm house I think we should call it the parlor, or maybe a salon. Notice the baby grand in the background, probably for Keith. All that white and cream and neutrals feel so relaxing, don't they? Are her kids allowed in that room, though?

Dining Room

Near the kitchen and the parlor is an informal dining room with a big farmhouse dining table. Kidman nearly trips over a toy (which we'll just pretend ended up there by accident and isn't a prop placed there deliberately).

Toy Kitchen

Kidman puts the toy away, which allows us to see her daughters' cute toy kitchen in a corner of the dining room. Kidman, what are you doing? You don't have to prove to us your kids are a priority! If you told us stay in this house all by yourself for some much-needed quality alone time MOMS WOULD TOTALLY GET THAT.

Back Porch

Anyway, here's the lovely back porch, which includes a seating area and another large table for al fresco dining.

Guest Cottage

And the really fun part — the guest cottage in the back! Or maybe this is where the children stay with the nanny? Kidding, kidding! It's so cute.

Inside the cottage there's a little table for tea time. You almost expect to see Peter Cottontail sitting there with his family.

As tiny as the cottage is, there's plenty of sunlight filling its kitchen. Kidman grabs a basket on her way out.

She crosses the road to a field with grazing cattle and a bar. And those aren't the only animals on Kidman's farm.

Hen House

Look, the hens laid a couple of eggs! Yummy, fresh-laid eggs are the best.

Black Angus

Those are black angus cattle, Kidman says proudly. It's hard to tell if they're dairy cows (OMG, fresh milk!) or beef (steak!) or if they're just hanging out, but they seem pretty happy. I guess this means Kidman is not vegan.

Country Lane

Kidman strides down her very own country lane, as one does. It's just another day in paradise for Nicole Kidman. Life is good.
