Dakota Johnson has a signature style. And I'm not just talking about her perfect bangs. Her choice of clothing often involves animal print, the color black, flats, and hats. The way she pairs it all together gives plenty of style inspiration.
She dresses like your best friend, the girl you see walking on the street and admire, the fashion model on her way to a casting. She always looks put together even when in ripped denim. She's casual, wears yoga pants, isn't afraid of bold print, and even loves loose fitting clothing. Let's go shopping with this beauty!

Rolled up jeans.
Rolled up boyfriend jeans look perfect with black sandals and that pretty boho style top. I love the vintage feel of the lighter denim wash.
Big belt. Big hat.
Dakota demonstrates how to dress up a plain black v-neck tee. Well fitting jeans. A statement belt. And a big felt hat.
Quilted.
The quintessential NYC couple, Dakota Johnson and Matthew Hitt are in black, of course. But check out the quilting on Dakota's jacket? That top has a bold flower print, too. Rivets and fringe on her purse are also perfect.
Very graphic.
Dick Tracy T-shirt and yoga pants FTW!

Red Converse.
Skinny jeans and red Converse — a look not many can pull off, but when done right (like Dakota demonstrates), it's a fave.
Red stripe.
A striped top like this one feels French. J'adore Dakota in this look — the black booties are as lovely as her peace sign.
Chambray.
Dakota's walking with her favorite accessory — her pooch Zeppelin. But I also have to note that braided belt showcased because she tucked in her chambray shirt. Also … those slip-on Oxfords!
Leopard boots.
Dakota's all-black ensemble looks flawless with those tall leopard-print boots.

Oversized jacket.
This light gray oversized jacket is another great way to break up an all-black outfit.
Casual chic.
Ripped jeans and a T-shirt never looked better than here on Dakota. Those blue flats are also fab.
Winter moto.
This coat! Timeless. Cozy. And looks great with skinny jeans. Want!
Perfect gray.
Dakota showed up at the Hugo Boss fashion show wearing this perfect long gray coat. Suddenly, I long for fall.

Plush life.
Pulling this look off takes confidence and clearly Dakota has a lot of it. I love that hat with the coat with the jeans with the sunnies.
Vintage.
Black-and-white stripes on a shirt is a Parisian look, but that tan coat with fur trim? Totally vintage.
Be green.
I can't decide if it's those heels or that furry vest that complete this outfit, but it's perfect.
Yoga wear.
That's some hot yoga gear on Dakota, and what's also interesting is the fact that she wore a Black Keys T-shirt as Ana in Fifty Shades of Grey, and here she is in real life supporting the band, too.

Flower girl.
Dakota is into good music (and vinyl if you check out her Instagram page), and I love how she paired this top with a floral skirt, flats, and black tights. It's a '90s look, but still very fresh.
A-line.
This look is very feminine — love the color block A-line skirt.
Frock star.
A floral-print, drop-waist, loose-fitting dress is the perfect choice of outfit for strolling NYC. Got to love those white flats, too.
Black and white.
Sweet in a sundress with a lovely black-and-white print, Dakota takes the look to perfection with that straw hat.
