Most people aspire to own a home, and once they get a home they immediately start dreaming of a bigger one. But, that's not everyone's desire. Some people make the most out of extremely small living quarters, and it can be surprising to see just how creative, organized, and gorgeous those spaces can be. And if anyone doesn't believe how trendy this way of living has become, then they definitely haven't seen HGTV's Tiny House Hunters.
This simpler way of life helps to limit a person's environmental footprint, which is a big driving force for many tiny home buyers. So if someone is planning to downsize A LOT, this lifestyle may work for them. But if one is not exactly willing to relive their college dorm days, then this may not be the best option — especially with a family.
There are, however, tons of families, couples, and singles, who love this way of life and have put a lot of heart and character into their small living quarters. Some of these renovated trailers and buses look a lot cuter than my apartment! Seriously, even people who could never see themselves in a tiny home might get jealous of some of these.
From converted school buses to campers to boats, it is incredible what some people call home! Here are 20 tiny homes that prove less can definitely be more.

374 Square-Feet of Comfort
Tiny house occupants Joshua and Shelley shared their adorable trailer on Instagram. They wrote:
"By sharing our home with you, we are sharing the ideas we imagined that would make living practical in a small space. How can you really prepare when downsizing so much? We went from 1300 sq/ft down to 374 sq/ft and before we built our tiny house we never stepped foot in one. We then decided to make the functionality of our house as practical as we could, we opted for comfort over multipurpose. We didn't want to make our simple daily chores into multi step puzzles, We saved space where it counted and use the rest wisely. Over the years we have adapted and changed so much to fit our needs at that time. The beauty of a small space is you can always adjust and change it up when you want. having a tiny house allows those changes to be affordable and manageable for us."
Cabin on Wheels

Alexis said on Instagram: "We have been living tiny full-time for a little over two months now, and it's been great. It's certainly had its bumps, but overall I'm so happy with our lifestyle choice."
