I am one of those chefs who cannot imagine getting through the week without this Lodge Logic Seasoned Cast Iron 12" Skillet.
How does anyone dry-fry a chicken thigh without one? Fry an egg? Make a frittata? Not as easily. Not as well. That's for sure!
