Hotels.com has just unveiled a Lisa Frank-inspired hotel suite and it will literally make your former fourth-grade self FREAK. We're talking a colorful siting area dotted with rainbow-kitty throw pillows, a bright neon kitchen packed with tons of '90s candies, and of course, a big comfy canopy bed that's perfect for old school-style sleepovers. (What more could you ask for?)
The entire suite looks like an elementary school Trapper Keeper just exploded (in the best possible way).
And that's all by design.Â
âWe wanted to design a room that celebrates all things â90s, and nothing screams childhood nostalgia more these iconic designs,â Adam Jay, president of Hotels.com, said in a press release. âHotels.com is thrilled to bring this dream room to life with Lisa Frank, and to reward travelers with a blast from their past.â
(I'd say they hit the nail right on the head.)
Hotels.com teamed up with the Lisa Frank brand to make it all happen, and the results are pretty incredible.
The fully customized penthouse suite — which is being dubbed the "Lisa Frank Flat" — is available for just $199 per night at the Barsala in Los Angeles.
According to People, it has an open-concept floor plan, which means the kitchen, bedroom, and sitting area are all in one open, high-ceiling loft space. But in doing so, the designers have created a fun space that's perfect for entertaining. Just look at it — how can it not become a hot spot for girls' nights, birthdays, and bachelorette parties?
Each corner of the room is basically a '90s kid's dream come true -- from the light-up canopy bed to the giant mural and neon unicorn light.
Step into the kitchen, and you'll be greeted by a treasure trove of '90s snacks you used to barter in the lunch room — from Cheez Balls to Pixy Stix to Gushers. OMG! Just try to keep yourself from OD'ing on Cheez Balls. I dare you.
In the mood for a bubble bath? Get ready to have one in the COOLEST bathroom ever, which will literally make you feel like you're under the sea.
There's even an LED rainbow shower head and Lisa Frank-branded towels to complete the look. When you step outside the shower, you can slip into a pair of comfy Lisa Frank slippers!
You can even write some long-winded diary entries for old time's sake at the desk, which comes fully stocked with Lisa Frank desk supplies.
Honestly, there's not much they didn't think of here. So call up all your BFFs, plan your next girl's trip, and get ready to live out your wildest '90s kids fantasies! (Let's be honest, because basically those fantasies just involved a sleepover, a game of MASH, and some Paula Abdul tunes.)
