Available in two flavors, Tropical Punch or Strawberry Burst, ALLDAY is designed to spray directly into your mouth, delivering organic caffeine right into your bloodstream within 10 minutes. Apparently, that is two times faster than you would feel caffeine kick in from a drink.

You can buy a full pack of the ALLDAY spray from Amazon or the Spray All Day Energy website – a full pack contains eight spray cans of your flavor choice or the variety pack that contains each. The cans contain 12 sprays each, which is considered six “servings.”
Each spray burst from the can contains 32 mg of organic caffeine. Two sprays equal the amount of caffeine in one cup of coffee.
According to the company, the spray also contains other helpful ingredients such as:
- Vitamin D
- Biotin
- Vitamin B12
- L-Theanine
You can use the spray up to 12 times a day, and it’s designed to be sprayed in the mouth only. Nursing parents, pregnant people, and teenagers younger than 18 are discouraged from using the product.
Personally, I love my morning ritual of a hot cup of coffee, and in the summer months, I crave the refreshing iced coffee jolt every once in a while, so I can’t imagine swapping my beloved routine out for a tropical spray.
