Barbie Ferreira plays Kat in the HBO risqué teen drama series Euphoria. The show is famous for its iconic makeup looks and stunning costume design, especially for Ferreira's character who reclaims her sexuality as a plus-size woman.
The cast of the hit show all have their own individual styles as well, and they got to show them off at New York Fashion Week, where they supported their costar Zendaya in her Tommy Hilfiger collaboration.
Ferreira made a risky choice by sporting a Billy Ray Cyrus–esque mullet complete with bangs, in her signature black hair color. But, incredibly, it worked on the 22-year-old actor.

Well, it looks like a tacky style has been turned into a chic and classy one by Barbie Ferreira and her New York Fashion Week hairstylist Nathaniel Dezan. Ferreira's classic black locks looked edgy, with blunt bangs and the party-style long hair in the back. The look was made hyper-feminine with the iridescent blue eye shadow makeup look created by Kali Kennedy.
The style is most likely a wig, but it still looked like the hottest hairstyle ever.
Ferreira posed with "Hot Girl Summer" singer Megan Thee Stallion. Clearly, the actor is a fan and was so excited to get a picture with the empowering vocalist. "THIS PHOTOGRAPH !!!!!!!! @theestallion," Ferreira wrote.
Ferreira wore her hair in its standard short cropped style for Zendaya's Tommy Hilfiger show.
Zendaya collaborated with Tommy Hilfiger and her stylist Law Roach to create a line of fashion-forward clothing for the brand. All of her costars came out to support her at the show, and Ferreira sported a bandana with her bob and bangs. Ferreira wrote, "The gals at @tommyhilfiger x @zendaya" on the image with Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer, and Nika King, who plays Rue's mom on the show.
Ferreira's fans are absolutely obsessed with the look, and wouldn't be mad if it stuck around for the fall season.
Ferreira is one of the many celebs to sport a mullet this year; Halsey tried out the look earlier this spring. The Euphoria-star wore a baby blue satin button-down and high-waisted plaid shorts paired with gothic handcuff earrings and chunky blue clogs. One fan loved the style and wrote, "Only Barbie Ferreira can make a mullet look good. I’m also obsessed with her outfit and those cuff earrings."
