ColourPop just won't stop! OK, yes, that little rhyme was corny but it's also quite true! The brand recently landed the number one spot on the list of top 10 most visited beauty websites and we kind of get why. ColourPop is literally always feeding its beauty fans with new makeup drops at crazy affordable prices. From vibrant eye shadow palettes to massive Disney collaborations, the brand is always on a roll. Its latest release is just in time for summer and perfect for lazy beauties who kind of like getting glam but don't want to put in the excess effort.
The brand just dropped a huge collection of blush and highlighter sticks just for lazy beauty fans!
The brand revealed its new collection on Instagram to the surprise and glee of its loyal fans.
"DAB, BLEND, GLOW," the brand wrote on its Instagram. "Introducing our Blush/Highlight Stix! Super lightweight [and] easy to apply!"
If you're a lazy beauty fan like me, then you already know the joy of a convenient makeup stick. From highlighter to blush to eye shadow, stick makeup products are just so much easier to apply.
ColourPop gets it, and now all we have to do is dab, blend, glow, and GO!
With powder products, you have to dip your brush, tap the brush, (sometimes) blow the brush, and literally do everything you can not to overwhelm your face with color. With liquid products, the struggle is similar and things can just get so messy. Makeup is buildable and that's kind of what can make it stressful when you're heavy-handed or just short on time. A stick minimizes the mess, the effort, and the time!
Go ahead and enjoy drooling over the shade offerings.
This collection comes with 18 blush shades and eight highlighters. The blushes come in a cool and warm mix of peaches, pinks, reds. The highlighters range from super-sparkly nudes to luscious golds. In other words, ColourPop's new Blush/Highlighter Stix are out to be your new summer obsession.
The blushes and highlighters will also be available in trio bundles!
You can buy each blush or highlighter for $8, but you already know you'll need more than one. ColourPop is offering bundles for $22, which feature three shades (two blushes and one highlighter). Swipe through this carousel and you'll find that the bundles have the best color stories! I'm obsessed with the Orchid You Not bundle, which has the shades Pretty Thing (deep pink blush), Flying High (opalescent pearl highlighter with lavender and pink sparkle), and Cool It (dusty pink mauve blush).
Here are the Lite Stix in action.
ColourPop ERRONEOUSLY didn't specify which of the blushes and highlighters this model is wearing. Come on, ColourPop. Nevertheless, what we do know is that the model and the highlighter look GOOD. The brush seems to glide on the formula with zero issues. It's also very clear that the highlighters are subtle yet buildable for anyone who wants major or minimal glow.
I'm already imagining how well these blush trios will pair with some of ColourPop's cult-favorite monochromatic palettes.

Check out how beautiful the Orchid You Not Kit ($22, ColourPop Cosmetics) looks with the It's My Pleasure Shadow Palette ($12, ColourPop Cosmetics)! If you're a sucker for pastels, pinks, and lavender, then you're welcome! You could also just skip the trio and just buy the Flying High highlighter stick ($8, ColourPop Cosmetics) to wear with It's My Pleasure. Either way, the mixing and matching possibilities are endless with this new blush collection.
Fans who don't really want two blushes in one set can just order one of the duos that ColourPop dropped during the launch!

ColourPop didn't just drop duos. The brand dropped THREE duo options for light, medium, and deep skin tones! Yes for a brand that acknowledges this need to cater to different complexions with blushes and highlighters. A pink that will look pronounced on a fair-skinned person can often disappear on a person with darker skin. I stan for a brand willing to go beyond foundation and concealer with its skin tone considerations. The duo shown here is the Deep Set ($15, ColourPop Cosmetics) which includes the Acting Up highlighter (bronzy peach) and Invite Only (warm rosy terracotta).
In case you want to hear more about how these new blush and highlighter sticks work, check out YouTuber Amanda's review to see them in action.
“I quite like the formula of these. They’re very soft and creamy so they’re easy to work with, easy to apply in different ways whether you’re tapping on with a finger [or] blending on with a blush," Amanda shared in the final thoughts of her review.
"I’m sure these would even be great with a little damp sponge action. I don’t know if ColourPop is gonna call these a cream to powder. They don’t stay tacky on my skin. Once they’re blending in, they do set down. They don’t feel powdery, but they also don’t feel wet. I feel like they just sort of melted into my makeup. I didn’t have any issues with my foundation, concealer, [or] anything getting pulled underneath.”
