There are many very good reasons to make intentional, joyful movement a part of the regular routine. And, most importantly, could we actually work out in it? Short answers: yes, no, and YES! This outfit, made of compression fabric that comes from recycled water bottles (love that!) is super comfortable and made it through a spin class, 10 minutes of core, and a stretching session without a single bunch or wedgie. We love that it comes in sizes XXS to 6XL!
One note: This does have a built-in bra, but larger-breasted athletes may want to wear it over a sports bra like the Simone High Support Bra.
